THE WORKFLOW
From photos
to a property film.
Property Video is a local photo-sequence editor. It makes a real recorded video from your photos, captions and optional audio. It does not generate new rooms, invent listing details or publish to listing services.
1. Bring your own media
Add up to sixteen JPEG or PNG photos, each up to 8 MB and 24 megapixels. Images are resized to a maximum 1920px side and re-encoded as JPEG; originals stay on your device. Animated images, SVG, video clips and unsupported formats are rejected. The illustrated demo is clearly labeled and is not an actual property.
2. Arrange and describe
Move photos earlier or later, choose two to ten seconds per photo, and add short captions. Landscape, portrait and square output are available. “Fit whole photo” preserves the full image with borders when needed; “Fill frame” crops the edges. Gentle zoom changes framing as the scene plays. Review the actual preview rather than assuming every detail remains visible.
3. Add facts and audio
Enter the address, price label, verified details and contact text yourself. The optional contact card lasts four seconds. Add a WAV or MP3 file up to 8 MB and 120 seconds, adjust its volume and preview it. Audio starts at the beginning, plays once and is cut to the film length; a shorter track leaves a silent remainder. There is no stock music, voice generation, looping or automated rights verification.
4. Review and export
Confirm your media permissions and the accuracy of your facts, captions and framing. Any edit clears that review. Export records in real time, up to 120 seconds, with the tab visible. A hidden tab or cancellation stops the current export and retains any previous completed file. Available formats are detected in your browser: WebM or MP4 when supported. Some WebM players discover duration only during playback; this preview does not remux browser recordings into a seek index. Codec availability does not guarantee every target platform will accept the file.
5. Check the downloaded file
Play the completed video and listen to its audio before publication. Download a PNG poster, timed SRT captions and a private render record if useful. The record identifies source hashes, settings and your self-reported review; it is not a signed approval or an independent fact check.
Keep an editable backup
A JSON project backup includes normalized photos, original imported audio, settings and review details. Keep it private. Device storage can be cleared or run out of space. Backups are checked before a confirmed restore; the public video cannot restore the project.
